1. [Member Bonus Account]
The Hong Kong bonus retention period is 24 months. For those who have not submitted the information, the bonus that is not claimed after the expiration date will be deemed to be automatically given up and will not be reissued! If you have any enquiries, please call our Customer Service Department at 2833 5899.
2. [Special Business Day]
Date: September 7th and 21st (Saturday)
Time: 14:00 ~ 18:00
3. [Performance settlement, inventory day]
Settlement date: September 27 (Friday) results close at 17:00
Inventory day: September 30 (Monday), closed to the public
4. [Mid-Autumn Festival business hours]
Date: September 13
Business hours: 10:30 ~ 16:00. The following day, September 14th (Saturday), is a public holiday and will not be open to the public.
