The Nefful logo is the company’s most valuable asset. Without authorization from the company, distributors may not produce or commission others to produce any items or flyers bearing the name, logo, or trademark of “Hong Kong Nefful.”
Intellectual Property
All photographs of the company’s products are the property of the company. All photographs in promotional materials and on the website are protected by intellectual property rights. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited!
Distributors should purchase sales materials such as flyers, catalogs, and posters directly from the company. Please do not copy photos from the website to produce any non-company printed materials.
Violations of the Unfair Advertising (Medicines) Regulations are strictly prohibited:
We ask that all members refrain from making claims regarding the medical efficacy of the company’s products during sales. When creating business cards or promotional flyers, do not include any phrases suggesting efficacy for specific medical conditions, to avoid violating the Unfair Advertising (Medicines) Regulations. If the company verifies that such violations have occurred, membership will be revoked and legal liability will apply.
Personal Information Protection Act
In compliance with the Hong Kong Government’s “Personal Data Protection Act 2010,” Niveau Hong Kong will officially implement the Act on Tuesday, January 1, 2013.This embodies the fundamental spirit of safeguarding human rights and marks a new milestone in respecting and protecting individual privacy.Nefful Malaysia also supports the government’s good intentions in implementing this Act. We are committed to protecting the data of our direct sellers, proactively complying with the new personal data protection regulations, and actively planning specific measures to strengthen and improve the protection of personal data, thereby ensuring the rights and interests of all direct sellers!
At the same time, we inform direct sellers of the specific purposes for which Nefful conducts its business and obtain a statement of authorization for the collection of personal data within this scope;Effective January 1, 2013, all new members joining Nefful Hong Kong must, in addition to completing the membership application form, sign the “Authorization to Use and Disclosure of Personal Data.” Applications cannot be accepted without submission of this authorization form.
In addition, any individual who became a member of Hong Kong Nefful prior to January 1, 2013, shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to authorize the Company to use such personal data (the terms of consent are set forth in the attachment). If you do not agree, please notify the Company in writing within 14 days of the date of this announcement.
